Review each candidate's profile and verified identity, and talk to them in the chat before deciding.
How does it work?
You get two types of candidates: people watching your area (available instantly) and people who apply directly to your listing (higher intent). See everyone's background and choose who to contact.
What does it cost?
Listing and reviewing candidates is completely free. Chat with every candidate is free and unlimited. If you want to reach more tenants, you can upgrade to a premium listing. Your property will then appear at the top of search results and be sent as an alert to everyone searching in your area.
